Remodeling - Home in University Park, Dallas, TX

Select Builders completely remodeled the kitchen of this lovely home on the M streets in University Park area of Dallas. It involved stripping layers of linoleum to find oak flooring that had been covered for years! We brought these floors back to life. Enlarging the kitchen space, and adding state-of–the-art Maple cabinets set off this lovely home!

Remodeling - Home in Allen, TX

This home belongs to Barry Warner of Select Builders and his wife, Linda Ash. We have completely renovated the interior, enlarging the kitchen and dining areas. Dark tile was installed on the kitchen countertops with an oak border to give the white cabinets a Tuscany look. A stained beaded ceiling was added to the master bedroom. Floor to ceiling bookcases were added to the family room. Rooms were opened to completely change traffic flow. New pre-finished engineered hardwoods and ceramic tile were added throughout. On the exterior the windows were all changed to LowE energy efficient windows. New horizontal Hardie style siding was added as well as a patio deck and cover. Attic insulation was added.

Renovation - Home in rural Farmersville, TX

This home belongs to Eddy and Helen Daniel in rural Farmersville of Daniel & Brown, Inc. Select Builders helped them completely renovate the entire interior and exterior of their home. Walls were removed to enlarge the kitchen and the family room. The staircase was opened to both downstairs and the upstairs landing. New South American Andean Oak doors were installed on all exterior doors. Interior doors were changed out to 2-panel Roman arched doors. All bathrooms were remodeled; the master bath had a raised Jacuzzi tub installed. Exterior siding was changed to horizontal Hardie style cement fiber board. Remodeling - Home in west Plano, TX

Select Builders removed a kitchen bar and added granite countertops to this already exquisite kitchen in west Plano. We also added wood flooring to continue in from the eating area so that one could not tell where the new flooring started. We topped all this off by re-painting the adjoining family room that had 20 foot ceilings.
